  • Life experience is the best teacher and should never be underestimated. It has given me:

    • Lessons learnt, learning, and still to learn.
    • Patience, tolerance, compassion, understanding, kindness, forgiveness.
    • Acceptance of myself and others, – our uniqueness and the contribution that gives to the world we live in.

We’re all on our own individual learning path. That is what life experience is: learning from challenges and using that experience to guide others.

    • The understanding that my health and wellbeing is the most important asset as it determines quality of life. This is the message I want to share with the world.
    • A lifelong commitment to personal development and self-awareness. This enables me to create opportunities for my mind, body, and spirit to connect and balance.

Providing your body with the correct fuel is one of the most important strategies for optimal health. Also, by understanding the connection between the body and the emotional triggers in the brain, emotional eating can be resolved.
